Jegors Dorofejevs

CTO at Robotics Startup and Software engineer

I’m based in Enschede, Netherlands. Currently, I’m CTO at Robotics Startup, where we’re building software delivery infrastructure for robotics teams: from builds and signed releases to controlled device updates. I lead architecture and engineering, with hands-on work on release signing and backend reliability.

My background is in backend systems, GPU orchestration, and distributed CI/CD. Alongside work, I study Applied Mathematics at the University of Twente. More about me.

A robot armA conceptual industrial manipulator with articulated links, joint housings, a cable route, and a gripper that picks up a box and puts it back on its platform. This is an illustration of robotics, not an actual hardware demonstration.

Jul 2026 — Present

I lead architecture and engineering for a platform that builds, signs, and delivers software updates to robots. My hands-on work covers release signing, backend reliability, and artifact storage.

DomiDo

Software Engineer

May 2026 — Present

I build backend services, APIs, and asynchronous workers at Avvyland Ltd., focusing on retries, failure recovery, and data consistency.

VirtuosoHub

Software Engineer

Apr 2025 — May 2026

I worked on distributed CI/CD pipelines, GPU orchestration for real-time AI workloads, and region-aware infrastructure.

Volleyball tracking & replay

I built a system that follows a volleyball across three camera feeds, estimates its 3D position using triangulation, and turns the trajectory into a Blender replay.

Three cameras → one trajectory
Multi-camera volleyball tracking conceptA volleyball follows an arc over a court. Three camera sight lines follow its position, while a marker shows its projection onto the ground. This is a conceptual illustration, not recorded tracking data.CAM 01CAM 02CAM 03
